Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at www.footballcollectible.com operated by VP Internet LLC.

In order to be eligible for a full refund, the items delivered are proven to be not as described at the time of purchase. You must to return the product within 30 (thirty) calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and not damaged or modified in any way.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% (twenty per cent) of the invoice. Changing your mind does not constitute a valid refund reason and will be assessed the restocking fee deducted from any refund.

In the case your item was damaged by the shipper in transit, we will both issue a claim through the respective shipper. This will require the buyer to email us images of the damaged shipping packaging showing the incurred damages in order to expedite the claim submission process. We do not control, nor can we be held liable for the policies and claims process for the third party shipper you chose at checkout.

After we receive your returned item, our team of professionals will inspect it and confirm the condition, then process your refund. The charge will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 (five) to 10 (ten) business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product returned is damaged or modified in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 (thirty) calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
